STOP PLAYING CHURCH II

Matthew 7:21-23 (Amplified Bible)

²¹Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.

²²Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name?

²³And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].

There is so much evil going on within the church, so much hypocrisy; so many 'leaders' in the Body of Christ, misleading the Lord's flock! Yes, they are 'leaders' alright-leading people straight to hell!

Some of these men and women are teaching the people that it is ok to get drunk, it's ok to get high, it's ok to shack up and have sex outside of marriage, it's ok to live a homosexual lifestyle; it's ok to lie and cheat, to steal, kill and destroy! They are teaching the doctrines of Satan, while stepping underfoot the doctrines of God! STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING, CHURCH!

So many claim to be walking in obedience to the Father, whose hearts are full of bitterness, envy, hatred, strife, discord; and every evil thing you could imagine and then some! Oh, and you can't tell them they are wrong! No way! Those bold enough to stand for the TRUTH, can expect to be attacked and persecuted, slandered and ex-communicated; from the very 'leader' they once looked up to! This man or woman who claims to be a Child of God! Lord help us! STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING, CHURCH!

Oh my brothers and sisters BEWARE! There are so many standing in the pulpits all across this world who are not ordained by God! Yes, many of them talk a good talk, but watch closely and you'll begin to see how they are far from walking the talk! These men and women will even preach the very Word of God to you with much conviction and authority; but if you could peer inside their souls, you'd find a bunch of wolves in sheep clothing! (Matthew 7:15) These people are so good my friends, that many of them have even deceived themselves! Lord have mercy! These will be amongst those Jesus mentioned in today's opening Scripture! (Matt.7:21-23)

It's something so very wrong when we cannot even go to our leaders for help without worrying about them turning us away for not living according to their religious standards! Something is so very wrong, when our leaders are overlooking the gifts of the members in their congregations simply because they are intimidated by the anointing on others, or because someone isn't a part of their 'clique.' Yes, they are overlooking the ones who are actually ANOINTED and APPOINTED for the positions and wonder why the church is falling apart! STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING, CHURCH!

There is something wrong, when you go to your leaders about a private issue and then the entire congregation finds out about it! There is something wrong, when you go to your leaders for help, only for them to condemn you and turn their backs on you, instead of praying for you and trying to help you through! They have forgotten where they themselves were at, at one time- or even where many of them STILL are, but are so deceived and disillusioned that they don't see their own sin! Oh how quick we forget that we weren't always saved! There is something so wrong, when your leaders are doing the same things or worse than the unbelievers! STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING, CHURCH!

Something is wrong, oh yes, when the Pastor is sleeping with a member of the congregation, or molesting his/her young niece or nephew; then to top it off, they'll preach a message on sexual immorality and adultery! Something is wrong when a Pastor is turning a blind eye, a death ear and a mute mouth, to known sin in his/her congregation so as to not offend anyone or lose members! What about offending MY GOD?! Something is very wrong my friends.. Very wrong... Too many are playing 'church.' STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING, CHURCH!

People something is wrong when our leaders are up in the pulpit speaking on their own personal opinions and pointing a finger at all of those who oppose them! Yes they stand up there and preach their own gospel! Some even air out their own or others personal business up on the pulpit! Lord have mercy! The pulpit is for teaching and preaching the WORD OF GOD not personal business or opinion (unless it is in relation to the sermon the Lord placed on your heart to share or given as a testimony); the pulpit is not for teaching and preaching your own man-made religious ideas and heresies! STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING, CHURCH!

My friends, there are too many using their 'titles' (many of which are self-given) to try to gain respect, authority and acceptance from man, and forgetting about God! They are using those 'titles' to try to make themselves, and their teachings appear to be 'right.' Well I'm sorry to have to be the bearer of the TRUTH, but if you aren't teaching in accordance to what the Word of God says, I don't care if you are the Pope or the President; you're wrong! STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING, CHURCH!

Let me not leave out those who actually do preach the Word of God, but twist it for their own selfish pleasures!  For example, they will be quick to preach a message on tithing and the blessings you receive from it, BUT only to make their own pockets fatter! They'll lie about a need within the church, again to make their own pockets fatter...GREED! STOP PLAYING 'CHURCH!' STOP PLAYING CHURCH!

Time is shorter than many people realize! It's so sad to say, but many do NOT truly fear the Lord! Too many are taking God's grace for granted and they have no idea what a rude awakening awaits them! I ask you to please get yourselves back on the right path NOW, while it's still time! Tomorrow isn't promised to you.. The next second isn't promised! If you know you are in error in any area of your lives, confess, repent and allow the Holy Spirit to purify you! You are going to have to answer to the Lord ONE DAY and you are going to be held accountable for ALL you do and for all those you've led astray! You may be fooling man, but you can't fool God! God cannot be mocked! We reap what we sow... Get it together my friends! (Galatians 6:7)
